Christine Watson Consulting specialises in assisting people start and successfully run their own business, from the luxury of their own home.
The world is aware of Virtual Assistants, people you can hire to undertake work for you based on their skill level and paid an hourly rate to do so. Typically this work revolves around the office support market, eg, secretarial services, reception, transcription, database management and social media management etc. Sadly virtual assistants are available in other countries and earn as little as $3 per hour. I call this slave labour and am ashamed to think so many take advantage of this.
Virtual Assistants came about because clients need to keep their costs down. Hiring a full time employee is prohibitive because of the high legislative on-costs such as superannuation (which is about to graduate from 9% to 13%), holiday pay, sick leave, public holidays, not to mention the ongoing employer time spent maintaining these legislative requirements An employee’s costs can be nearly double the monies they are actually http://realty-fx.com paid.
The productivity downtime of an employee is also high. If they are in the office from 9am to 5pm and work a 7½ hour day, generally the productivity of that person is less than 5 hours, yet the employer is paying 7½ hours.
A virtual assistant is paid only the hours they work.
Christine Watson Consulting offers training programs over 3 separate training sessions to teach people how to operate their own business from home. The training covers all areas of being a “Virtual Assistant”, however we have now incorporate specialty areas such as Recruitment and Real Estate.
Working from your home, or wherever you want, as technology allows this, there are little costs involved in set up. Generally people already have a computer/laptop/ipad, a printer, and a mobile phone. The costs to set up are minimal and include a business name, an ABN, business cards and perhaps a website.
Training for The Virtual Professional has been created.

There are numerous challenges facing people today, requiring different thinking and different training. With over ten years personal experience in the recruitment and property industries, Christine brings to the table innovative thinking and techniques and makes the learning process fun.
I have known Chris for over 9 years. We met when I was recruit by Chris into the real estate industry by franchisors of L.J. Hooker Dural. Chris was my first contact with the industry and was in charge of my interviewing and psychological assessment at the head office in Alexandria, prior to my being employed and subsequently trained through LJ Hooker’s own sales program.
After our initial meeting, Chris quickly became a guide and mentor to me in an industry not renowned for its friendliness. If not for her, I dare say I would not have stayed in real estate and not achieved what I have to date in my own real estate sales office. Her support has greatly helped me attain where I am in this life, financially and also personally.
It’s people like Christine that the real estate industry needs in it, to keep its moral fibre in check. We need her to mentor others in this industry as they cross her path, as I did, sculpting their minds and impacting on the type of people and professionals they will become. Her positive influence on the type of agent I became, is testament to the good she can do for others in the future.

Chris is a brilliant trainer. Her training methods get you thinking and get the most out of each day, through an open training environment.
I feel confident in my knowledge. The class interaction was exceptional. I had been struggling doing the course by correspondence until now – the course made a world of difference.
What a wonderful way for new people for the industry to do the training. Chris made it great and very enjoyable and I never lost focus.
I learned many new things that I did not know and will be implementing so many of the ideas and sharing them.
I have enjoyed the wealth of knowledge and experiences that my trainer (Christine) offered. The course was very informative. Many aspects of the course will benefit my current work experience, particularly communication.
Christine rocks! I learned how to get a head start in the industry and will have an inside look into the industry.
Christine was absolutely awesome. Just by attending, all the knowledge will be implemented in my everyday work.
To whom it may concern,
Christine Watson was one of my teachers when I was acquiring my Real Estate License. To date I have had many teachers and influences in various courses and training seminars that I have participated in over the years. The teachers and trainers that truly know their craft you always remember as they are few and far between.
Christine is a teacher who is always prepared and provides a lot of social proof in her style. This relevant experience is what students need to connect the classroom learning to productivity in the workplace.
Due to the efforts and passion of those like Christine I went on to successfully manage my own business and engaged Christine for further team training.
I would happily recommend Christine as a trainer and teacher and wish her every success.
I have known Christine for several years – first, as a trainer; then as a training assessor. Without a doubt, she excels at both roles.
As a trainer, Christine is what I would call an “edu-taining” professional: committed to providing quality education in an entertaining way that engages participants in the learning process for an enjoyable, and therefore memorable, experience. She does this gracefully, maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times. Even with normally ‘dry’ content that other trainers typically deliver in an uninspiring way. Complementing strength of delivery are Christine’s natural warmth and genuine support for learners, which are instantly evident and equally inspiring.
This commitment to professionalism and successful outcomes for all extends to her responsibilities as a training assessor. With Christine at the helm, learners can rest assured that program standards are always maintained, as are the principles of assessment with relevance, validity, flexibility and fairness in assigned tasks, as well as in the assessment process itself.
Christine’s depth of knowledge about all facets of the training industry, combined with her natural acuity and business acumen, equips her to provide high calibre training programs across a breadth of industry areas and on every level of provision. I cannot sing Christine’s praises highly enough!
Christine Watson worked as a part time teacher in Certificate IV and Diploma level Property courses at Randwick TAFE College. She taught a variety of subjects and was very well regarded by her students and colleagues.
As her head teacher I was able to observe her performance and found her to be an excellent teach and trainer. She was always well prepared and happy to help with extra classes when required. I never had any cause to question her integrity, ethics and reliability.
I was sorry to lose her as a teacher as her knowledge, quality lessons, cheerful demeanor and approachability will be missed by students and her peers alike and I would not hesitate to re-employ her if she was available once more.

I have known Christine for over 10 years, in several capacities.
Initially I hired Christine as a Recruitment Consultant, working with L.J. Hooker corporate office to assist in the interviewing and selection process of future salespeople. We became friendly as a result of that successful contact and she is now a close friend.
Not long after this, Christine came into my real estate business to assist when I had staffing issues whilst she was a trainer with a number of training organisations and TAFE Colleges. This was a wonderful working partnership.
Christine is one of the most honourable people I know and is a confident, loyal and a conscientious woman who is an asset to this industry. Generally, all who come in contact with Christine in a business environment became a friend, as she always takes that extra step to help everyone achieve.
